Cyril Dumoulin
Cyril is a senior in-house counsel in the Global Litigation Department at Shell in The Hague. With over a decade of experience, he has served as lead counsel on a wide range of significant national and international disputes. Cyril has also been a member of several commissions, including the ICC and DAA. He has led Shell’s internal mediation and ADR team and is a trained mediator. Before joining Shell, Cyril held various business legal positions and worked as a lawyer for several firms.
Emilie Pardoen
Emilie Pardoen is a partner at Avizor Advocates and Arbitrators, a Dutch boutique law firm specialising in international arbitration and dispute resolution. She focuses on domestic and international arbitration and represents clients in corporate and commercial disputes before the Dutch courts. Before entering private practice, Emilie worked at a leading litigation funder, gaining experience in asset tracing and the global enforcement of arbitral awards - expertise she continues to apply in her current work
Ulrich Kopetzki
Ulrich is an Austrian lawyer and the Acting Director for Europe for ICC Dispute Resolution Services. Ulrich graduated from the law school of the University of Vienna. Afterwards, he worked in the arbitration department of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and at the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. At the ICC, he previously worked as Deputy Counsel and as Counsel of the German speaking case management team and the Eastern European case management team. Finally, Ulrich has a passion for negotiation and mediation, which he teaches at various European universities. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago, where he conducted negotiation research.
