2025 Second half ICC WCF Trade Facilitation meetings

Online & In Person Melbourne, VictoriaWe are pleased to inform you that, in conjunction with the 14th World Chambers Congress, the next ICC WCF World ATA Carnet Council (WATAC) and ICC WCF International Certificate of Origin Council meetings will take place from 30 August to 01 September 2025 in Melbourne, Australia.
As usual, the meeting registration is free of charge, but travel, accommodation, and insurance are at members' expense.
Should you wish to participate, please confirm via the following online registration form by Friday 8 August 2025. Please make sure to select the correct pass(es) depending on the meeting(s) you wish to attend.
We remind you that the World ATA Carnet Council meeting is exclusive to members.
Registrations after the deadline will not be considered.
General information
World ATA Carnet Council meeting (exclusive for national guaranteeing association members) – Date and Time:
- 30 August 2025, meeting from 10:00 to 17:00 (lunch included)
- 31 August 2025, meeting from 10:00 to 13:00 (followed by lunch)
International CO Council meeting – Date and Time:
- 31 August 2025, meeting from 14:00 to 16:30 (lunch at 13:00)
- 01 September 2025, meeting from 10:00 to 17:00 (lunch included)
